Black's Beach is the named surfing beach below the Torrey Pines cliffs in La Jolla, distinct from the northern Torrey Pines beach entry. San Diego Lifeguards warns that cliff trails are unimproved and unmaintained, slides can occur without warning, and access along adjacent beaches may be blocked by high tides or surf. Stay away from unstable cliffs.
