Bolsa Chica State Beach is a popular Orange County beach drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors a year. Once called 'Tin Can Beach', it became a state beach in 1960 and is used for surfing, sunbathing, volleyball and water sports. It extends along Pacific Coast Highway from Golden West to Warner Ave.
