Upper Trestles is a separately named surf break north of Lower Trestles near the San Mateo Creek mouth. The San Onofre Parks Foundation distinguishes it from Lowers, Middles and Church. The shore has cobblestones and submerged rocks. Never use the railroad trestle as an access shortcut.
